Music Business Strategist & Executive Consultant

The Business Behind the Music.

Strategic consulting for labels, artists, catalog owners, and creative and community-based organizations: release planning, metadata and rights administration, distribution strategy, and sync licensing readiness, built so your music gets delivered, credited, and paid correctly the first time.

Services Built for the Business of Music

Fast Fruits Consulting supports independent artists who have released music and are ready for real infrastructure. We specialize in rights and royalty setup, distribution and metadata, and operational systems that support sustainable, long term careers.

Release Strategy & Planning

Release timelines, distribution partner selection, and go-to-market planning for singles, EPs, and full-length projects: the same decisions a label's release coordinator would make, mapped out before a master ever ships.

Metadata & Catalog Administration

ISRC and UPC assignment, PRO and publishing registration, songwriter and producer split documentation, and full catalog audits that catch misattributed credits before they cost you royalties.

Digital Delivery & DSP Setup

Packaging masters and metadata correctly for delivery to digital service providers, plus DSP profile setup, playlist pitching, and release-day troubleshooting when something doesn't land right.

Sync Licensing Readiness

Preparing a catalog for sync placement: cleared splits, properly licensed masters and compositions, and the documentation music supervisors and licensing platforms actually require before they'll consider a track.

Rights & Royalty Audits

Reviewing existing catalogs for missed registrations, incorrect splits, or royalty leakage, then building the rights infrastructure that keeps a catalog earning correctly going forward.

Grant & Award Development

Identifying funding opportunities and building toward awards earned through community activations, cohort completions, and program participation: support that doesn't come with debt attached.
